Frame: Integral cast steel or welded frame, thickened plate structure, strong bearing capacity, effectively absorbing vibration and ensuring stable operation under long-term heavy load.
Moving Jaw / Fixed Jaw: Jaw plates made of high manganese steel (Mn13Cr2), with high wear resistance and impact resistance, replaceable and reversible, greatly extending the service life and reducing replacement costs.

Adjustment Mechanism: Gasket-type or wedge-type adjustment, simple and convenient operation, can quickly adjust the discharge opening size according to different production needs, with high adjustment accuracy and good stability.
Lubrication System: Centralized forced lubrication system, equipped with oil pump, oil filter and oil cooler, ensuring continuous and reliable lubrication of bearings and bushings, preventing overheating and wear, and extending the service life of components.
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the V-belt → the moving jaw makes periodic reciprocating swings through the crank-rocker mechanism → when the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by extrusion, splitting and bending; when the moving jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, the crushed material falls and is discharged by its own weight, realizing continuous cyclic crushing and efficient material processing.

Production Line Position: Commonly used as primary crushing equipment in medium-scale crushing production lines; it can be matched with impact crushers, cone crushers, vibrating screens and conveyors to form a complete crushing and screening production line, realizing multi-stage crushing of materials.
Foundation: The concrete base must be designed according to the equipment weight and vibration parameters, ensuring levelness and firmness, and reserved anchor bolt holes to prevent the equipment from shaking during high-load operation.
Feeding: Use a vibrating feeder for uniform feeding, strictly prohibit metal hard objects (steel bars, iron blocks) from entering the crushing cavity, and do not feed materials exceeding the maximum feed size (≤425 mm) to avoid damaging the equipment.
Startup Sequence: Start the lubrication system first, check that the lubrication is normal → start the main machine with no load, and confirm that the operation is stable before feeding; when shutting down, stop feeding first, wait for the materials in the cavity to be completely emptied, then shut down the main machine, and finally stop the lubrication system.
Maintenance: Regularly check the wear of jaw plates, toggle plates and bearings; check the tightness of all bolts and the oil level, oil quality of the lubrication system; clean the equipment regularly, and replace wearing parts in time to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
